I know what you mean but any decent electronics workshop could fit it for you.The problem for me is shipping an item to the U.S that costs the equivalent of about $1300 here to replace.
 There's also insurance on the shipping to increase the cost.
 It's OK adding a big deposit as JWT do but the whole process becomes complex, time consuming and open to abuse.
 Supply chip only and I keep costs down for everyone.
 Having said that I wouldn't recommend just anyone fits it just because they have a soldering iron!
